Northeastern Limousine Service
Our
staff and chauffeurs are committed to delivering
superior service. However, what truly sets Northeastern
Limousine apart is that each customer is treated
kindly and respected as a human being.... which
begins with the first phone or Internet contact,
and continues throughout each and every interaction.
Billing
Northeastern
Limousine accepts the following forms of payment:
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Verifiable
Travels Checks, Money orders, Guaranteed Bank
Checks. We also honor cash . Please notify us
of your method of payment when you make the reservation.
When
using a corporate or individual account, we request
a voucher and authorization for the individual(s)
using the services. If there is ever a problem
with you billing, please call the office @ (781)
577- 1488.
Corporate
& Individual Special Rates
Corporate
& Individual special rates are available to
customers who hold an account with us. Tailored
services can be arranged.
Additional
Authorized Users
You
may request additional names on your account,
as authorized users such as your children, family
members etc. You will be held responsible for
all service arrangements made by your authorized
users.
Logan
Airport Quickie In & Out : Good Only for people
using US air & DELTA SHUTTLE.
Gratuity
Rates
do not include a customary 20% professional chauffeur's
gratuity. This gratuity is standard in this service
industry and comprises a significant portion of
your chauffeurs personal income. Gratuity is awarded
by clients on a voluntary basis and should be
based upon the service provided by your chauffeur.
Additional
Charges
All
additional charges, including but not limited
to tolls, parking fees, airport fees, cart, extra
stops, waiting time, holidays surcharge, early
or late pickup will be itemized on each invoice.
Frequent
rider program
You
can accumulate points for each dollar that you
spend with us.

Non-rush
hour discount
"time
is money, let Northeastern Limousine save you
both." Enjoy a discount for traveling between
the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Monday through
Friday. Available within a 9 mile radius of Boston.

Refer
our services to a new client and receive $5.00
off your next ride.
Make-A-Wish
Foundation
We
gladly donate 5% of your total fare to the Foundation.
By riding with us you are supporting a good cause.
Hourly
Rates
Sedan
rates, for non point-to-point travel, will be
billed at $49.00 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Fractions of an hour are charged at a half-hour
rate.
Promotional
Fare Offers
As
the way to say thank you we may offer you a promotional
fare.
Special
Internet Rates
Available
via e-mail reservation only. Special Internet
Rates save you money. To secure your reservation,
we require up front payment with your credit card.
Rate
Changes
Northeastern
Limousine and its Affiliates reserve the right
to change rates at any time without notice.
Holidays
A
15% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare,
stop and waiting time, will be charged to all
trips occurring on:
New
Year's Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Holiday
surcharges also apply to additional holidays in
locations outside of the United States.

Safety
Concerns
We
carry many passengers for whom safety is a concern,
including lone female travelers, and occasionally
unaccompanied minors and we take your safety very
seriously. As an extra security precaution, we
can arrange for a password to be exchanged between
the passenger and the driver. Additionally, if
you are particularly comfortable with a specific
driver, feel free to request that person and we
will do all we can to meet your request.
Transportation
services outside the U.S.
If
services are provided in another country, we will
convert the fare into U.S. Dollars. The currency
conversion rate will be calculated based on the
date of processing.
Pets
Trained
service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities
are the only animals permitted in our cars
Additional Wait time
Please
meet your car at the scheduled pick up time and
location.
For airport pickup: there is a 30-minute grace
period allowed following the reported domestic
flight arrival time and a 45-minute grace period
is allowed following the reported international
flight arrival time.
Private
Airport and train schedules cannot be monitored
therefore billing begins 15 minutes after the
scheduled pickup time.
A
10-minute grace period is granted for all other
pickups.
After
the above-specified grace period expires, the
passenger will be charged $25.00 for the first
half-hour and an additional $8.25 every 15 minute
period thereafter.
Northeastern
Limousine monitors all commercial flights and
the grace period begins at the posted time of
arrival.
Additional Stops
There
are many possible definitions of what is and is
not a stop, just as there are possible prices.
Below are some possible scenarios:
An
en route, quick (less than 5 minutes) stop for
a newspaper or coffee is a courtesy Northeastern
Limousine offer to our customers at no charge.
An
additional passenger jumping out at a red light,
even when it is en route, is considered a chargeable
stop.
A
stop en route is priced differently than a stop
not en route. A stop out of town on the way to
a further point is priced differently than a stop
in one borough on the way to another. "Out-of
town stops begin at $10.00 per stop in the same
town. Stops en route are 50% of the rate to the
town (can also be revert to the hourly rates"
Wait and return from out of town points are full
price plus 50% of the full price for return. We
reserve the right to limit the number of reservations
and to give the first and the highest priority
to our committed customers taken at peak periods
and during inclement weather conditions. We promise
to do everything possible to be on time for all
reservations, but there may be situations due
to circumstances beyond our control where we may
be few minutes late. The passengers making"send"
reservations and leaving without calling the dispatch
office at 1-781-577-1488 may result in a non confirmed
job no car will be dispatched.
Cancellation
and No Show Fees
Cancellation
of sedans within six hours of the scheduled pickup
will result in a full charge equal to the base
fare price of the trip plus an 18% service fee.
A
"no show" fee is equal to the base fare
price of the trip, an 18% service fee, and any
applicable wait time fee will be charged when
the passenger fails to arrive at the designated
location. To avoid this fee, call 1-800-721-4711
when you cannot locate your sedan.
Cancellation
of motor coach with less than 72 hours notice
will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a
customary 20% professional chauffeur's gratuity,
and any applicable wait time fees.
Cancellation
of vans/minibuses with less than 48 hours notice
will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a
customary 20% professional chauffeur's gratuity,
and any applicable wait time fees.
Cancellation
of limousines with less than 24 hours notice will
be charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a customary
20% professional chauffeur's gratuity, and any
applicable wait time fees.
Cancellation
of coordinators with less than three hours notice
will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation
of SUV's with less than 24 hours notice will be
charged the vehicle hourly minimum, a customary
20% professional chauffeur's gratuity, and any
applicable wait time fees.
Delays
beyond our control
Northeastern
Limousine and its Affiliates are not responsible
for circumstances that are beyond our control;
including, but not limited to traffic congestion,
road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather
delays, road closures etc.
Termination
of any reservation by Northeastern Limousine or
its Affiliates
Northeastern Limousine reserves the right to terminate
any reservation without refund, if the Operator
or the Northeastern Limousine Dispatcher on duty
feels that the Renter and/or Party of the Renter
is putting the Operator, the mode of transportation,
or the Renter and/or Party of the Renter in danger
of injury. Or, if the Renter and/or Party of the
Renter are in the possession of any illegal substance,
this service will be canceled without refund.
Northeastern Limousine further reserves the right
to refuse service in its sole discretion. This
is without exception.
